Basically, we need a civil engineer who can support site construction activity and also after construction support activities so basically we are looking for a 10 to 15 years of experience guy with civil background civil engineering background Monitoring projects with
respect
to budgeted cost, and demand forecasts, to ensure timely execution of projects. 2. Co-coordinating meeting with the contractor for review of progress and site issues.
3. Attending meetings with clients to discuss the progress of the project.
4. Monitoring the Progress w.r.t schedule.
5. Keeping track record of installation progress.
6. Fortnightly Backlog & look ahead plans, Construction Schedule Review & take necessary steps (Catch-up plan) to meet the critical Activities deadlines.
7. Conduct regular site review meetings with Contractors and the site discipline team. 8. Co-ordinate with Onsite, Offshore project team, vendor /consultant for design-related queries
9. Update all the stakeholders regarding site status through regular progress updates. 10. Follow the escalation mechanism to address any critical issues. 11. Assist to the client for finalizing the contractor, material vendor 12. Perform Active
Change Management
towards the client or contractors in terms of contract deviations. 13. Monitor site activities and temporary site facilities as well as assist in the enforcement of statutory and contractual regulations for occupational health and environmental protection according to “HSE Program Site 14.
