Key Responsibilities:
• Manage and oversee dam safety inspections
• Provide technical direction to inspectors and maintenance teams
• Develop engineering standards and construction management plans
• Prepare work orders and contract documents
• Update surveillance and maintenance procedures
Requirements:
• Minimum 4 years of civil engineering experience
• Degree in Civil Engineering required
• Experience in dam safety and hydrotechnical engineering
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Willingness to travel 7-10 weeks a year
