Lickee’s & Chewy’s Candies & Creamery and Ogre Chocolates is an award winning, one of a kind candy store, chocolate shop & ice cream destination featuring gourmet chocolates and unique candies from all over the world.
We are a growing company looking for an experienced chocolatier/confectioner to help produce a wide range of chocolates including truffles, ganache, caramels, toffee, chocolate bars, caramel apples and more.
Details: The ideal candidate will be familiar with many aspects of professional food service, chocolate work and production and will be able to properly prepare recipes to consistently create high quality chocolates and other confectionery items. Lickee’s & Chewy’s is a growing company with a full line up of modern, high tech chocolate production equipment.
Requirements: This position requires a minimum of one-year commercial chocolate/confectionery or professional cooking/baking education or experience. The ideal candidate must be a team player with high attention to detail, have the ability to manage production, meet deadlines, maintain quality standards and
Responsibilities: Keep chocolates and chocolate products stocked, keep production area clean and orderly, adhere to all generally accepted health and safety standards.
