Key Responsibilities:

Formulate and execute the IT strategy that aligns seamlessly with the company’s broader business goals and expansion plans. Collaborate with departmental leaders and business stakeholders to identify and prioritize IT projects that enhance operational efficiency,

customer satisfaction

, and overall business growth. Take charge of designing, implementing, and maintaining a secure and robust IT infrastructure, encompassing applications, websites, network systems, marketing automation software, and CRM solutions.

Ensure the continual availability, reliability, and optimal performance of all IT systems, applications, and services. Proactively identify and resolve issues and bottlenecks. Develop and enact IT policies, procedures, and best practices to ensure adherence to industry standards, data security regulations, and internal company requirements. Manage external vendor relationships, including contract negotiations, and oversee the procurement of IT hardware, software, and services.

Stay updated on emerging technologies, industry trends, and best practices. Assess their potential impact on the organization’s IT landscape. Create and manage the IT budget, forecasting future needs, and optimizing

resource allocation

to maximize Return on Investment (ROI). Continuously evaluate and enhance IT processes and workflows to drive operational efficiency improvements and enhance the overall user experience.
