WHAT YOU’LL DO
As Chief of Staff, you will act as a force multiplier for the founder, driving execution across the most critical initiatives in the business.
You will operate at the center of the organization, translating strategy into execution and ensuring priorities turn into measurable outcomes.
- Work directly with the founder on day-to-day operations and strategic initiatives
- Partner with leadership to drive planning, prioritization, and execution
- Align teams across multiple business units to ensure accountability and results
- Operate as a trusted partner to the founder, enabling focus on investments, portfolio strategy, and growth
You will also:
- Drive execution across diverse verticals including real estate development, construction, technology, CPG, investments, marine operations, global travel, logistics, and special projects
- Blend short, medium, and long-term priorities into structured execution plans
- Work closely with talent and human capital to ensure the right people are in the right roles at all times
- Lead infrastructure and development initiatives, ensuring alignment with broader strategic goals
- Oversee financial controls and support capital deployment across initiatives

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead and execute high-impact, cross-functional initiatives across portfolio companies
- Translate strategy into clear execution plans with defined ownership, timelines, and KPIs
- Partner with the CEO and leadership team to drive decision-making and prioritization
- Identify inefficiencies and implement scalable solutions across the business
- Drive accountability by tracking progress, surfacing risks, and ensuring delivery
- Own special projects including new ventures, expansion, and operational transformations
- Build systems, dashboards, and operating frameworks to support performance tracking
- Align stakeholders across business units to ensure coordinated execution
- Step into critical roles or projects as needed to ensure continuity
- Lead real estate and infrastructure initiatives including development coordination and capital planning
- Partner with finance on budgeting, forecasting, and capital allocation
- Prepare executive-level materials with clear insights and action plans
- Represent the CEO in meetings, communications, and key initiatives when required
- Identify talent gaps and support building high-performing teams
WHAT YOU’LL BRING
- 7+ years in high-growth, founder-led environments or operating roles with executive exposure
- Proven track record of leading cross-functional initiatives with measurable outcomes
- Experience operating across multiple businesses, entities, or investment portfolios
- Experience working directly with a UHNW founder or CEO as an extension of leadership
- Strong business acumen across operations, finance, growth, and strategy
- Ability to build systems and processes that improve execution and scalability
- High ownership and accountability with a bias toward results
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capability
- Ability to influence senior stakeholders across multiple functions
- Comfort operating in fast-paced, high-pressure environments
- Background in real estate, CPG, or both strongly preferred
- Ability to clearly articulate 2–3 initiatives you personally owned with material impact
- Rock-solid references from prior roles
