We are expanding our leadership team and looking for a Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) to lead our marketing strategy and drive the next phase of growth.
This is a rare opportunity to shape the brand, growth strategy, and go-to-market engine of a fintech platform from the ground up.
What You'll Do
• Lead PekoPay’s global marketing strategy and brand positioning
• Build and scale customer acquisition channels (digital, partnerships, community)
• Develop a high-performing growth engine for SaaS and business customers
• Drive content, brand storytelling, and thought leadership in fintech
• Create and optimize marketing funnels and demand generation campaigns
• Build and lead the PekoPay marketing team as we scale
Who We're Looking For
You are a builder and strategist who thrives in early-stage companies.
Ideal experience includes:
• Marketing leadership in fintech, SaaS, or payment platforms
• Proven ability to scale customer acquisition and brand awareness
• Experience building marketing systems for high-growth startups
• Strong understanding of digital growth, partnerships, and product marketing
Bonus if you have experience with:
• Payments ecosystems (Stripe, Square, Moneris, etc.)
• SaaS growth marketing
• Developer or startup communities
