Responsibilities

- Manage all aspects of accounting, including account reconciliation, financial reporting, and compliance with regulatory standards.
- Lead budgeting processes, ensuring accurate forecasting and resource allocation across departments.
- Conduct risk management assessments to identify potential financial threats and implement mitigation strategies.
- Oversee corporate finance activities such as capital raising, investment analysis, and financial modeling.
- Negotiate contracts, financing arrangements, and strategic partnerships to support business expansion.
- Drive business development initiatives by analyzing market trends and identifying new revenue opportunities.
- Provide leadership to the finance team, fostering a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and organizational skills.
- Collaborate with executive leadership to inform strategic decision-making and operational planning.
Experience
- Proven track record in senior financial leadership roles within the financial services or related industries.
- Extensive experience in negotiation, sales support, and corporate finance functions.
- Strong background in accounting principles, account reconciliation, budgeting, and risk management.
- Demonstrated leadership ability with experience managing cross-functional teams and driving organizational growth.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.

Pay: $156,780.69-$284,426.11 per year
