Role Description
This is a full-time remote Chief Financial Officer role. The CFO will oversee the company’s financial operations, including financial planning, budgeting, and reporting, as well as ensure sound financial decision-making. The role involves leading the finance team, preparing detailed financial statements, and analyzing complex financial data to support long-term business strategies. The CFO will also develop and implement financial policies to optimize company resources and drive sustainable growth.

- Proven expertise in Financial Planning and managing organizational budgets
- Strong skills in preparing and analyzing Financial Statements and Financial Reporting
- Comprehensive understanding of Finance principles and practices
- Exceptional Analytical Skills for evaluating data and informing decision-making
- Strong leadership abilities to manage teams and collaborate with executive stakeholders
- Experience in technology or software-related industries is an advantage
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field; MBA or CPA preferred
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
