Chef de Partie – Year Round Jobs in Calgary at Country Hills Golf Club
Country Hills Golf Club is currently seeking an experienced Chef de Partie to join our kitchen team.
This is a full-time year-round position and includes health benefits and bonus structure after the probationary period.
Successful candidates will have a desire to learn and is a dedicated enthusiastic, outgoing individual with a passion to provide exceptional service and thrive off working with other like minded co-workers to create an extraordinary culinary experience. Applicants must possess the following qualifications and skills:
Minimum of 3yrs high-volume line cooking experience
1 year hands on supervisory experience
Catering cooking experience an asset
ability to multitask with strong organizational skills
work in a high volume fast paced environment
exceptional communication skills
strong work ethic with exceptional service and people skills
commitment to food production, presentation and quality
reliability and flexibility in scheduled shifts
open availability, including evenings and weekends, and occasional mornings
must have own reliable transportation
