Gary’s — A relaxed fine-dining 36-seat space inspired by classic European fare.
Working closely with farms around the Fraser Valley and the Greater Vancouver area, our menu moves with the seasons, focusing on well-executed classic techniques and letting our ingredients shine. We’re looking for someone to join our small kitchen team, focused on making great food, building strong relationships, and moving past the traditional stigmas of the brigade kitchens.
Our ideal candidate would be someone who:
– Excels in time management and cleanliness.
– Has good communication and organization.
– Possesses previous experience in a fast-paced fine-dining kitchen.
– Works well in a small team setting.
