Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a cook is required. If less, equivalent credentials, training or cook’s trade certificate is required.
- Supervisory experience in commercial food preparation as a sous‑chef, specialist chef or chef is required.
- Knowledge of Mexican cuisine is required due to the nature of the business.
- Language:
English is required. - Ability to supervise at least 3–5 workers.

Compensation and Schedule
Salary: 36 CAD hourly. 40 hours per week.
Flexibility in schedule is required. The employee will work 8 hours per day, 5 days per week. Shifts will typically be scheduled between 9:00 a.m. and 11:00 p.m. Day, evening, weekend and holiday shifts may be required. Overtime may be required during busy periods, weekends, and special events.
