We are seeking an experienced and
dynamic
individual to
join our team
as a You Tube Channel Manager. If you have a passion for digital content, a keen eye for analytics, and a love for all things You Tube, this role is for you!
Responsibilities:
Day-to-Day Channel Management:
Responsible for the day-to-day management of the client’s You Tube channels.
Collaborate with Channels Managers, Project Coordinators, and the editing team to maintain a consistent daily upload cadence.
Ensure timely and high-quality content delivery.
Content
Optimization
:
Work closely with the visual design team and copywriters to optimize videos before uploading.
Cut clips and create engaging video compilations.
Proactively manage channel page-level updates, including channel trailers and featured lists.
Performance Monitoring and Insights:
Monitor daily performance metrics at the video, format, title, and channel levels.
Identify noteworthy indicators and suggest
optimization
strategies based on insights.
Stay
up-to-date
with platform updates and trends, collaborating with Channels Managers to implement corresponding recommendations.
Reporting:
Assist in compiling You Tube reports as needed.
Ensure that all channels adhere to You Tube’s best practices and COPPA rules.
Requirements:
Experience:
Minimum of 1 year working in the broadcast industry.
Previous experience with You Tube, including an understanding of You Tube channels, best practices, and the digital landscape.
Familiarity with Adobe tools.
