Collaboration with nurses and support staff is essential for seamless case flow in a fast-paced outpatient environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare surgical suites and sterile fields for surgeries
• Assist surgeons during operations and pass instruments
• Manage counts of instruments to maintain safety
• Handle and label specimens accurately
• Support sterilization and restocking of equipment
Requirements:
• Graduate from an accredited Surgical Technologist program
• Current CST credential and BLS certification
• 1 year of OR experience in the last 3–5 years
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities
• High attention to detail and patient-centered mindset
