In this role, you’ll operate under the direction of management, delivering community-based Occupational Therapy services to assigned clients. You’ll engage with caregivers and the community to provide education and consultations, thus improving rehabilitation interventions. Patient safety remains a top priority in every aspect of your work.
Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver tailored community Occupational Therapy services
• Provide consultations for caregivers and staff
• Educate communities on effective rehabilitation practices
• Promote patient safety in all interventions
• Work independently while managing daily travel requirements
Requirements:
• Graduated from a recognized Occupational Therapy program
• Active license with the health professionals’ college in BC
• Eligible membership in CAOT
• A minimum of two years in Occupational Therapy
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
