Procurement expertise needed
Using your knowledge of supply chain management and procurement, you’ll lead and oversee all activities for your designated spend category(ies). You’ll collaborate with various internal partners and vendors to develop effective procurement strategies and go-to-market approaches that deliver the best value to FCC throughout the source-to-contract lifecycle.
What you’ll do:
Lead the strategy development for a specific category of goods/services procured at FCCIdentify and manage third-party risks associated with your assigned category(ies)
Execute on the category management strategy and related go-to-market activities
Identify and support
continuous improvement
initiatives related to your spend category to deliver value and efficiencies for FCCSupport the development and implementation of policies and procedures for your designated spend category
Deliver on category management initiatives
Partner with internal stakeholders at all levels to understand FCC’s strategic priorities and goals
Represent FCC with vendors and industry associations to position FCC as a ‘customer of choice’

What you’ll need:
A bachelor’s degree in business administration, economics, commerce, supply chain management or a related field and eight to 10 years of related experience (or an equivalent combination of
education
and experience)
An advanced degree, such as an MBA, is considered an asset
Knowledge of category management and procurement standards and practices, including strategic sourcing and contract management
Completion of an industry recognized procurement or supply chain management certification
