Are you a friendly and detail-oriented individual who enjoys providing exceptional customer service? Join our team as a Weekend Cashier at Edmonton Landscape Center! We are seeking a reliable and enthusiastic team member to assist our customers during our busiest times.
We offer the following shifts with opportunities for additional hours:
Friday: 7:30 AM – 5:30 PM
Saturday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Sunday: 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM
Monday: 7:30 AM – 5:30 PM
Please note, this is a seasonal position and requires working weekends, with a mandatory schedule of three weekends per month.
Training schedule may vary.
Responsibilities:
Greet customers as they enter the store
Scan and process items accurately
Process payments and refunds using POS terminals
Resolve customer complaints in a professional manner
Maintain a tidy checkout area
Assist customers with basic calculations for various products and services
Handling incoming phone calls and email inquiries
Requirements:
Proven work experience as a cashier or in a similar role is preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to handle transactions accurately and responsibly
Availability to work weekends and holidays
High school or equivalent
Must have own transportation
