We are looking for an experienced Line Cook to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for food and cooking, be able to work in a fast-paced environment, and be able to follow recipes and instructions accurately. Responsibilities include prepping ingredients, cooking meals according to established recipes, maintaining cleanliness of the kitchen and equipment, and ensuring that all food is served in a timely manner.
Responsibilities:
Follow recipes and presentation specifications.
Maintain a clean and sanitary work station.
Ensure proper food safety and sanitation standards are met.
Prepare ingredients for cooking, including portioning, chopping, and storing food before use.
Cook menu items in cooperation with the rest of the kitchen staff.
Check quality of ingredients.
Monitor stock and place orders when there are shortages.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.05 per hour
