Full job description
**Job Summary:** We are seeking a skilled Line Cook to join our kitchen team. The Line Cook will be responsible for food preparation, assisting in all areas of the kitchen, and maintaining a clean and organized work environment. **Responsibilities:** – Prepare ingredients for cooking, including portioning, chopping, and storing food – Assist with food preparation tasks as needed – Set up workstations with all needed ingredients and cooking equipment – Cook menu items in cooperation with the rest of the kitchen staff – Answer, report, and follow executive or sous chef’s instructions – Clean up station and take care of leftover food – Ensure that food comes out simultaneously, in high quality, and in a timely fashion – Comply with nutrition and sanitation regulations and safety standards **Qualifications:** – Proven experience as a Line Cook or relevant position – Knowledge of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment, and procedures – Understanding of food safety practices – Ability to work in a fast-paced environment – Good communication skills – Certificate in culinary arts or related field is a plus Join our team and showcase your culinary skills in a dynamic kitchen environment.

Pay: $16.55-$18.00 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 30 per week
