As old school burger connoisseurs we grind choice cuts of beef daily. We take tremendous care to find the ideal blend for the world’s best burger you will enjoy today.
We grind our carefully selected premium beef cuts every day. Hand formed premium beef patties are then made for each order; using our special mixture.
Finally, we put those expertly griddle-cooked patties atop a beautiful Brioche bun, top it with some crisp lettuce, juicy tomato slices, crunchy pickles, and some delectable GC sauce, and voila!

We will be opening soon in Waterloo ON at 308 King Street North. We are hiring for the following job positions:
Cashiers
– Greet customers with a warm and welcoming attitude as they enter the
restaurant.
– Handle cash transactions and operate cash register.
– Assist guests in placing orders and provide recommendations when
requested.
– Ensure order accuracy and process payments efficiently.
– Upsell additional menu item and promote specials.
– Maintain a clean and organized front counter area & lobby.
– Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues with a positive attitude.
– Collaborate with kitchen and service teams to fulfill customer orders promptly.
– Follow food safety and hygiene standards to ensure the safety of our
customers!
Grill Cook
– Prepare and cook burger and other menu items according to recipes and
quality standards.
– Set up and stock stations with all necessary supplies.
– Ensure the burgers are cooked to perfection and served in a timely manner.
– Maintain a clean and organized work area.
– Follow proper food handling and safety procedures.
– Assist with cleaning, sanitation, and maintenance of kitchen equipment.
– Work with other team member to ensure efficient operation of the kitchen.
Fry Cook
– Cook all fried items as required following correct procedures, times,
temperature, and portions. Communicate with board leaders & grill cook for
smooth flow of items.
– Prepare and cook fires and other menu items such as fries, truffle fries,
poutine etc.
– Ensuring fries station & chicken station is set up.
– Set up and stock stations with all necessary supplies.
– Ensure fries are cooked to perfection and served in a timely manner.
– Maintain a clean and organized work area.
– Follow proper food handling and safety procedures.
– Assist with cleaning, sanitation, and maintenance of kitchen equipment.
Board Crew
– Prepare sandwiches according to customer specifications.
– Make sandwiches for in-stores and delivery orders.
– Provide excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction.
– Reading orders and making sure to prepare the sandwiches as per
company standards.
– Making sure boards are stocked up and up to par with prep.
– Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the kitchen and on the
board.
– Follow food safety guidelines and proper food handling procedures.
Prep – Meat Production
– Prepare a variety of meat according to production guidelines and
standardized recipes.
– Ensuring that the meat received are being checked for quality and dates. (Do
not accept anything over 21 days)
– Set up workstation with all needed ingredients and equipment.
– Prepare beef by measuring, weighing, cutting, and trimming.
– Safely uses knives.
– Operates equipment such as meat grinder, scales etc.
– Monitoring the quality of meat products throughout the production process to
ensure compliance with safety and hygiene regulations.
– Following the “FIFO” first in first out procedures when preparing the meat
patties
– Cleaning and sanitizing work areas and equipment to maintain a safe and
hygienic production environment.
– Following all safety protocols and procedures to prevent accidents and
injuries in the workplace.
– Communicating with team members and supervisors to meet production goals
and deadlines.
Prep – Fry / Blanch
– Operating fryers and fryer machine to prepare all the blanch required.
– Cutting fries for the day and blanching fries for the day.
– Monitoring oil temperature and cooking times to ensure all blanch are done to
perfection.
– Maintaining a clean and organized fry station, including regularly cleaning
fryers and surrounding areas.
– Following all food safety and sanitation guidelines to maintain a safe and
hygienic kitchen environment.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent
Pay: $16.55 per hour
Expected hours: 10 – 40 per week
