Job Summary: We are seeking a friendly and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Service Associate / Cashier. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers, handling transactions, and ensuring a positive shopping experience. Duties: – Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system to process customer transactions accurately and efficiently – Handle cash, credit, and debit card transactions with precision – Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers, answering questions, and resolving any issues or concerns – Maintain a clean and organized checkout area – Assist with stocking shelves and maintaining inventory levels as needed – Upsell products and services to enhance the customer experience – Follow company policies and procedures for cash handling and loss prevention – Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction Skills: – Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively – Experience in technical sales or technology sales is a plus – Proficient in cash handling procedures – Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally – Fluency in English is required – Basic math skills for accurate transaction processing – Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail We offer competitive pay rates and opportunities for career growth within our organization.
