Full job description
Responsibilities:
– Provide exceptional customer service to all patrons
– Operate cash register and handle transactions accurately
– Maintain a clean and organized checkout area
– Assist customers with product inquiries and recommendations
– Process returns and exchanges in accordance with company policies
– Handle customer complaints or concerns in a professional manner
– Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient store operations
Skills:
– Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively
– Proficiency in operating Point of Sale (POS) systems
– Previous experience in retail sales is preferred
– Excellent organizational skills to maintain a tidy work environment
– Ability to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues
– Multilingual abilities are a plus, but not required
– Demonstrated customer service skills with a friendly and helpful demeanor
– Knowledge of phone etiquette for handling customer inquiries
