Responsibilities:
About this role:
Provides accounts receivable support to various departments within the company through daily maintenance of client leases.
Preparation and application of incoming payments for deposit.
Process account terminations.
Process Customer/Dealer refunds.
Routine maintenance transactions.
Qualifications:
What makes you a dream candidate?
You are familiar with the application of customer/dealer payments.
You will perform all account transactions with a high degree of accuracy.
You have strong analytical skills to review and validate a customer account prior to termination and/or refund processing.
You’re collaborative; working with various internal teams providing support to resolve account inquiries.
You recognize the importance of safeguarding company and customer confidential information.
Provide clear and accurate record keeping.
Ability to be flexible and able to prioritize to meet competing demands.
Being adaptable and willing to take on additional tasks as required.
Experience
1 year of experience with Auto Suite applications and processing preferred.
Community College 2 years
1-2 year College business/accounting program preferred, but not required.
Salary: The base salary range for this role is: CAD $18.05 to $32.46 per hour. At GM Financial, we strive for transparency in all aspects of our business, including pay equity. This is the GM Financial pay range for this role and job level. The exact salary and compensation will vary based on factors like knowledge, skills, experience, and education. This role is eligible to participate in a performance-based incentive plan. Full time employees are eligible to participate in health benefits after 30 days of employment.
