Overview
We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Laborer to join our manufacturing team. This role is vital to supporting daily operations within a fast-paced factory environment. The ideal candidate will have experience working in manufacturing settings, possess mechanical aptitude, and be comfortable handling various tools and equipment. Duties
- Assist with the assembly of products on the production line using hand tools and power tools
- Support the setup, maintenance, and cleanup of manufacturing stations
- Perform basic mechanical tasks and troubleshoot equipment issues as needed
- Load and unload materials from trucks or storage areas within the facility
- Follow safety protocols to ensure a secure working environment for all team members
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas to meet safety and quality standards
Skills
- Previous experience in manufacturing or factory environments preferred
- Mechanical knowledge with the ability to operate hand tools, power tools, and forklifts safely
- Warehouse experience is a plus, including familiarity with inventory handling and storage procedures
- Ability to work on an assembly line efficiently and accurately
- Strong physical stamina to perform manual tasks, lift heavy objects, and stand for extended periods
- Good communication skills and ability to follow detailed instructions
- Knowledge of safety procedures related to manufacturing operations

Pay: From $18.00 per hour
