What You’ll Learn:
- Framing & structural carpentry
- Remodels & restorations
- Drywall, mud/tape, texture & paint
- Trim & finish carpentry
- Tile & flooring installation
- General construction practices
- Jobsite organization & professionalism
- Reading layouts, problem solving, and trade coordination
Who We’re Looking For:
- Strong work ethic and positive attitude
- Willingness to learn and grow
- Dependable and self-motivated
- Able to take direction and improve daily
- Pride in workmanship and attention to detail
- Construction experience is a plus — but not required for the right person
Expectations:
- Show up on time and ready to work
- Maintain a clean and organized jobsite
- Respect coworkers, clients, and company standards
- Reliable transportation required
- Basic hand tools preferred
- No smoking or tobacco use on jobsites
Physical Requirements:
- Able to perform physical labor 8+ hours/day
- Lift 100+ lbs when necessary
- Able to work in varying weather conditions
