Duties
- Manage and execute framing tasks including woodworking, metal stud framing, trim carpentry
- Operate power tools safely to facilitate efficient construction activities
- Assist with demolition, remodeling, and site cleanup to prepare for subsequent phases of construction projects
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols by using hand tools appropriately and practicing heavy lifting techniques responsibly .Skills
- Skilled in framing carpentry (including trim carpentry), and woodworking
- Familiarity with the use of hand tools and power tools necessary for diverse construction activities
- Experience with restoration projects and remodeling processes to enhance existing structures
- Knowledge of safety standards related to heavy lifting, scaffolding, roofing, and site operations
