T&J Hateley Construction Ltd. is hiring self motivated people for carpenter & carpenter’s helper positions to build our currently small carpentry team.
We are seeking candidates looking to advance their carpentry career in a full time & long term position.
Requirements:
~ Minimum 2years construction experience.
~ Vehicle & basic hand tools.
~ Proficient with power tools and committed to safe work practices.
~ Good attitude with willingness to learn in a positive and productive work environment.
~ Ability to work independently and part of a team.
~ Comfortable working in various weather conditions.
~ Physically fit & reliable.
We are a long time well established construction company based in Sooke and do some renovations but mostly new residential builds in the Sooke area and sometimes into Langford-Victoria. We construct concrete foundations, wood framing, timber work, some siding & interior finishing.
Wage based on experience with lots of opportunity for advancement with flexible time-off scheduling.
