Carpenter – Residential Remodeling with at least 5-10 yrs experience of hands-on residential remodeling. Ideal candidate is dependable, detail-oriented, capable of leading projects on -site and committed to quality workmanship & professionalism. Able to work independently, communicate effectively with homeowners & team members – keep projects moving efficiently while maintaining high standards. Have strong knowledge of residential remodeling practices; ability to lead projects & work independently; high attention to detail; strong communication & customer service skills; ability to lift 50+ lbs & perform physical job duties daily.
Preferred Qualifications incl exp with kitchen & bathroom remodels; ability to manage small crews; OSHA & RRP certification and painting experience is a plus
Qualfications
- Lead & manage residential remodeling projects from start to finish
- Perform all phases of carp. incl demo, framing, trim, cabinetry, siding, hardwood, LVP flooring, tile, drywall, finish work, etc.
- Read & understand work orders & drawings
- Coordinate daily job site activities & supervise crew members
- Maintain clean, organized and safe job sites
- Communicate professionally with clients & project managers
- Ensure projects stay on schedule & meet quality expectations
- Troubleshoot & solve problems in the field
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $25.00 – $35.00 per hour
