Apprentice/ExperiencedCarpenter:
Full time position with competitive wages and opportunity for advancement offered.
Summer student hires also welcome.
We are looking for an experienced or apprentice level carpenter to join our growing team.
APPLICANTS MUST BE RESIDING IN THE AREA CURRENTLY AND ELIGIBLE TO WORK.
Areas of carpentry with experience that would be an asset, but not required:
Windows
Roofing
Trim
Framing
Flooring
Drywall
Custom Trim
Decks – Wood products and composite
Requirements
-Physically fit and capable of lifting 50+ Lbs, handling heavy loads, bending, crouching, kneeling, standing for extended periods in all weather conditions
-Strong work ethic
-Punctual
-Comfortable working at heights
-Able to work overtime and occasional Saturday
-General construction knowledge
-Own transportation with valid driver’s licence
Job Types: Apprenticeship, Permanent, Full-time
Salary: $18.00-$25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
Flexible Language Requirement:
French not required
Schedule:
8 hour shift
Monday to Friday
Overtime
Weekends as needed
