We build everything from custom homes and additions to garages, barns, decks, roofing, siding, and window installations. We’re looking for a dependable, hardworking carpenter who takes pride in their work and wants to be part of a team that values quality over shortcuts.
Responsibilities
- Wood framing for houses, garages, additions, and barns
- Install vinyl siding, soffit, fascia, and exterior trim
- Install replacement and new construction windows and exterior doors
- Install asphalt shingle roofing and metal roofing systems
- Build decks, porches, and other exterior structures
- Read blueprints and follow project specifications
- Operate hand tools, power tools, and construction equipment safely
- Maintain a clean and organized job site
- Work efficiently with the crew while producing high-quality workmanship
Qualifications
- 2+ years of residential carpentry experience preferred
- Experience with framing, siding, roofing, and window installation
- Ability to read a tape measure accurately and use common carpentry tools
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift 75+ pounds and work outdoors in all weather conditions
- Strong work ethic, dependable attendance, and positive attitude
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Pay
$20–$35 per hour, depending on experience and skill level.
