Overview
We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Caregivers to provide exceptional support and assistance to individuals in various care settings, including assisted living facilities, nursing homes, hospice care, and private homes. The ideal candidate will have a genuine desire to improve the quality of life for seniors and individuals with disabilities through attentive and respectful care. Duties
- Assist with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility support
- Provide companionship and emotional support to clients, fostering a positive environment
- Help with medication administration following prescribed guidelines
- Prepare nutritious meals tailored to individual dietary needs
- Perform light housekeeping tasks including cleaning and laundry to maintain a safe and comfortable living space
- Support patients with mobility, including heavy lifting when necessary, ensuring safety at all times
- Monitor health status and report any changes or concerns to healthcare professionals or family members
- Assist with activities related to dementia care, senior care, or working with people with disabilities as needed
- Support end-of-life care in hospice settings with compassion and professionalism
Qualifications
- Prior experience in assisted living, nursing home, home care, or hospice care is preferred but not required; training will be provided for the right candidate
- Knowledge of patient care, medication administration, dementia care, and working with people with disabilities is advantageous
- Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and effectively
- Strong interpersonal skills with a caring and empathetic attitude
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Flexibility to work various shifts including days, evenings, or weekends as needed
- Valid driver’s license is a plus for transportation purpose.
- Willing to work Monday, Tuesday Thursday and Friday 11am to 4pm shifts
