Schedule:The anticipated end date for this seasonal position isSept. 30th, 2024Summary:AGAT Laboratories is hiring forCapturing Technicians (Warehouse)for aSeasonalcontract positions in our Core Sample Preparation Group. This is an entry level position where successful candidates will be involved in the capturing and warehousing of core samples. It requires file generation of images and storage of photographed samples. Additionally, this position requires one to have the ability to repetitively lift varying weights, follow standard operating procedures, and perform quality control checks as required.
Job Requirements:
High stamina and dexterity while maintaining attention to detail
Experience working in warehouse/logistics roles is considered an asset
Ability to lift 20-35lbs on a consistent basis
Fluency in English, both verbal and written
Mature work ethic and ability to work independently and in a team environment
Experience working in the oil and gas industry is considered an asset
Reliable transportation to NE Calgary
Must have steel toed shoes/boots
Working Conditions:
Repetitive tasks and frequent heavy-lifting
Standing for extended period of time
Work environment can be quite warm and protective/safety equipment must be worn.
