As the Canada West Alternative Project Delivery Leader, you will play a crucial role in supporting APD business growth tailored to the increasing demand for water projects. This position requires an in-depth understanding of non-Design-Bid-Build contract models, strong communication skills, and expertise in multidisciplinary water projects. You will work closely with business leaders to forge partnerships, manage risks, and mentor teams involved in APD.
Key Responsibilities:
• Identify and support winning APD project pursuits
• Develop APD partner relationships and contracts
• Prepare risk assessments for senior leadership reviews
• Assist with bid development and strategy
• Maintain awareness of contract models used by clients
Requirements:
• Minimum 15 years in water project design/construction
• Experience with collaborative APD project delivery
• Licensed professional engineer
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to mentor and develop project teams
