Summary of the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of Early Talent acquisition for their respective business. This includes interviewing, scheduling, working with new graduates, supporting projects, and handling administrative tasks such as offer letters.

This role requires working with both internal and external stakeholders. Approximately 10% of the time will be spent in meetings. The contractor will not have access to any customer data.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the full lifecycle of Early Talent acquisition across assigned business lines
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of suitable candidates across various geographies
  • Deliver presentations on and off-campus
  • Plan, manage, and execute events and large-scale conferences
  • Support employer branding initiatives and social media deliverables
  • Screen and assess candidates through interviews and evaluations
  • Coordinate interview scheduling and recruitment processes
  • Manage internal referral processes
  • Prepare and manage offer letters and related administrative tasks
  • Utilize HR technologies for candidate tracking and data management
  • Partner with Program Managers, University Relations, and Early Talent Recruiters
  • Contribute to building and executing a consistent campus recruiting strategy
  • Support ongoing projects related to talent acquisition

Must-Have Skills & Qualifications

  • 3+ years of work experience in talent attraction, with a high degree of performance
  • Strong understanding of HR Management Practices
  • Strong computer skills with the ability to use internal applicant tracking systems
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Experience in Talent Acquisition / Campus Recruitment
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail
  • Ability to work in fast-paced environments with tight deadlines
  • Some project management skills or experience
  • Positive attitude and strong communication skills with stakeholders and analytical skills
  • Adaptability and ability to adjust quickly in a changing environment

  • Experience in the Financial Industry
  • Experience with Workday
