What You’ll Do
- Perform general maintenance tasks throughout the resort
- Complete groundskeeping duties to maintain clean, safe, and attractive outdoor spaces
- Use tools and equipment to troubleshoot and fix issues as they arise
- Identify and address maintenance needs proactively
- Communicate with Resort Management and Home Office teams to prioritize and complete tasks
- Assist with additional duties as needed to support daily resort operations
What We’re Looking For
- Willingness to learn and take on a variety of maintenance and groundskeeping tasks
- Ability to work outdoors in different weather conditions
- Basic comfort using tools and equipment (or willingness to learn)
- Strong work ethic and reliability
- Ability to follow direction and communicate effectively with team members and leadership
- Self-motivated with the ability to stay productive throughout the day
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work, problem-solving, and being part of a team that keeps the resorts running at their best.
Pay: From $16.00 per hour
