Responsibilities:
Answer incoming calls from clients in a professional and courteous manner.
Provide information about our cleaning services, pricing, and scheduling.
Schedule cleaning appointments and efficiently manage the booking calendar.
Listen to customer concerns and resolve issues promptly and effectively.
Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction with our services.
Input and maintain accurate customer information in the database.
Requirements:
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Previous experience in customer service or call centre role preferred.
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle challenging situations.
Proficiency in computer applications and data entry.
