Duties:
– Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally and courteously
– Provide accurate information to customers regarding products or services
– Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently
– Upsell products or services to customers when appropriate
– Analyze customer needs and offer solutions accordingly
– Communicate effectively with customers to ensure satisfaction
– Maintain phone etiquette standards at all times
Requirements:
– Excellent communication skills in English; multilingual abilities are a plus
– Strong customer service skills with a focus on resolving issues effectively
– Ability to upsell and promote products/services
– Proficiency in data entry and navigating computer systems
– Bilingual proficiency is advantageous
– Prior experience in sales or call center environment preferred
