Job Responsibilities:
Customer Support:
Provide exceptional customer service to individuals contacting the call center for assistance with telecommunications services.
Inbound and Outbound Calls:
Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound calls efficiently and professionally.
Technical Assistance:
Assist customers in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to telecommunications services, including internet connectivity, phone services, and television.
Product and Service Information:
Provide detailed information about telecommunications products, services, and promotions to potential and existing customers.
Complaint Resolution:
Address and resolve customer complaints or concerns, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.
Service Activation and Deactivation:
Assist customers with the activation and deactivation of telecommunications services, guiding them through the process.
Account Verification:
Verify customer account information, ensuring accuracy and security during interactions.
Continuous Learning:
Stay informed about updates, changes, and advancements in telecommunications services to better assist customers.
Qualifications:
Willingness to learn and to take on new challenges.
High School Diploma or the equivalent.
Proficient data entry skills.
Comfortable in a computer-based environment with the ability to navigate dual monitors and multiple applications.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Salary: $23.60-$27.10 per hour
