Job Overview:
As a Call Center Representative / Customer Service agent, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and assistance with reservations, orders, and inquiries.
Responsibilities:
Answer incoming calls from customers in a professional and courteous manner, providing information about our menu, reservations, specials, and promotions.
Assist customers with placing takeout orders, delivery orders, and reservations, accurately entering orders into our system and ensuring that all special requests and preferences are noted.
Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and effectively, demonstrating a commitment to customer satisfaction and retention.
Provide support to customers through various channels, including phone calls, emails, and social media platforms.
Qualifications:
High School Diploma or the equivalent.
Proficient data entry skills.
Strong multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment.
Exceptional interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
Positive and friendly attitude with a customer-centric approach.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Salary: $22.30-$26.10 per hour
