Job Summary:

As a Call Center Representative for our translation services company, you will be responsible for managing customer inquiries, providing information about our translation services, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

Inbound Call Handling:

Answer incoming calls from clients and potential customers seeking information about our translation services.

Provide prompt and accurate responses to inquiries related to language pairs, service offerings, pricing, and turnaround times.

Order Processing:

Assist clients in placing new translation orders, including gathering project requirements, language preferences, and deadlines.

Verify order details and ensure all necessary information is collected for smooth project initiation.

Complaint Resolution:

Handle client complaints or issues related to translation services professionally and efficiently.

Investigate the root cause of complaints and work with the appropriate teams to implement corrective actions.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent.

Attention to detail and ability to ensure accuracy and consistency in translated content.

Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with clients from diverse cultural backgrounds.

Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Salary: $23.10-$26.20 per hour
