Dear HVAC, Plumbing & Electrical Services is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Call By Call Sales Manager to join our team!
As a Call By Call Sales Manager, you will manage our service technicians and play a crucial sales role helping customers with their HVAC, plumbing, and electrical needs. You are responsible for proactively reaching out to prospective customers, generating leads, and closing sales over the phone.
Responsibilities
- Proactively reach out to prospective customers to generate leads
- Close sales over the phone for HVAC, plumbing and electrical services
- Collaborate with Sales Manager to develop service tech budget to generate required revenue
Qualifications
- 2+ years of sales experience, preferably as a Sales Representative or In‑Home Sales
- Dependable self‑starter, motivated, and goal‑driven
- Excellent problem‑solving and interpersonal communication skills
- Customer‑focused mindset and ability to multitask under pressure
- Proficient in Service Titan software (plus other tech proficiency)
- Ability to meet and exceed client expectations and predetermined efficiency and quality goals
- Professional image and ability to motivate and engage a team
- Desire to learn new ideas, methods, and perspectives
Benefits
- Compensation: $60,000–$70,000 (DOE) plus bonus structure
- Paid holidays and vacations (PTO starts after 90 days and grows from there)
