Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding customer service by greeting guests warmly and assisting them with their orders.
- Prepare and serve food and beverages, ensuring adherence to food safety guidelines.
- Maintain cleanliness of the cafe area, including tables, counters, and equipment.
- Handle food items with care, following proper food handling procedures.
- Assist in inventory management by restocking supplies as needed.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient service during peak hours.
- Engage with customers to create a friendly and inviting atmosphere.
- Perform barista duties as required, including coffee preparation and serving.
Qualifications
- Previous restaurant experience or background in the food industry is preferred.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with guests.
- Experience in serving and food preparation is highly desirable.
- Knowledge of food safety practices and proper food handling techniques.
- Barista experience is a plus, along with familiarity in hospitality settings.
