Job Description
Summary
Works individually to assemble custom displays, cabinetry, and architectural millwork. Must work responsibly and safely for a diverse client base.
What we do!
1. Take personal responsibility to assemble cabinets/retail fixtures and millwork using powered hand tools and machinery.
2. Demonstrates respect to peers by maintaining regular and predictable attendance, and proactively communicating all the good stuff and when occasional issues arise.
3. Inspects products to ensure each meets quality standards and is free from damage.
4. Use a variety of hand and power tools including table saws, miter saws, band saws, drills, routers, and sanders to accurately produce wood products, while maintaining quality, ensuring safety, and using time efficiently.
5. Accurately assembles/packs/labels materials by hand when necessary. Ideal for putting those hands to work!
6. Collaborates with others, focusing on communication, efficiency, quality, and pride.
7. Demonstrates experience working various material, including particleboard, plywood, MDF, OSB, solid lumber, acrylic, solid surface, steel, chem-metal and more.
8. Maintains clean, organized work area including work benches, tools and equipment so that no one gets hurt because of a messy work environment.
Must Haves
1. A ‘can-do’ attitude and willingness to work hard.
2. Respect for overall safety in a production facility.
3. Woodworking and assembly skills are a preferred. Project Lead experience is a bonus!
4. Knowledge using hand-tools and power tools.
5. High-school diploma or equivalent education is required.
Nice to Haves
1. Pallet mover or forklift experience a plus.

Successful passing of a pre-employment drug screen, PPFT physical test, and a background check are required. A valid driver’s license may be required.
2nd shift available ONLY
*2nd shift (M-Th from 2:00pm – 12:00am) = base hourly rate PLUS $2.00 shift pay incentive premium
