Responsibilities:
Source and procure parts from approved vendors and suppliers
Negotiate pricing and terms with vendors to ensure cost-effective procurement
Review and analyze purchase requisitions to determine the most cost-efficient procurement method
Coordinate with the Production and Logistics teams to ensure timely delivery of parts and materials
Assist in monitoring inventory levels and track stock movements to prevent shortages or overstocking
Contribute to regular inventory audits and reconciliation of discrepancies
Assist in maintaining accurate records of purchases, inventory levels, and vendor information
Support in identifying opportunities for cost savings and process improvements in the procurement process
Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
Occasionally assist the sales department by forwarding emails during trade shows or when team members are away
Minimum Requirements:
High school diploma
2+ years experience in Buyer/Purchasing position
Excellent math and analytical skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Knowledge of Ukrainian and/or Russian languages would be a bonus
