Butcher, Kitchen Helper, Customer Service Jobs in Winnipeg at BBQ City & Fresh Meats Ltd.
Responsible for preparing and cutting cook and fresh meat products, maintain inventory, and ensuring that all products are of the highest quality.
Cut, trim, wrap, prepare and sell BBQ and fresh meat products according to customers specification
Clean and prepare ingredients for cooking
Maintain inventory and ensure that stock is rotated and stored properly
Clean, sanitize and maintain work area and equipment
Provide excellent customer service and assist customers in selecting and purchasing meat products
Available to work flexible hours, including weekends, and holidays
Ability to perform heavy lifting
Follow all safety and health guidelines and procedures
Adhere to all food safety regulations and standards
Able to speak Tagalog, Chinese, or Vietnamese is an asset but NOT required.
