About the Company Our client is a real estate and investment management company and they are looking to hire a Business Systems Analyst.
About the Opportunity Reporting to the Manager of Applications, the Business Systems Analyst will play a crucial role in enhancing the efficiency and effectiveness of business processes through evaluation, implementation, and
optimization
of information systems
They will collaborate with various stakeholders across different departments to understand their requirements and translate them into functional specifications for system enhancements or new solutions
This role is a blend of technical expertise, business acumen, and
communication skills
to bridge the gap between technology and business needs
About You
Experience with
ERP systems (preferably Yardi or similar) – requirements gathering,
process improvement
, technical documentation, end user support (internal/external), etc.
Proven experience of database design and queries (SQL, etc.)Great
communication skills
Ability to
commute to Mississauga office 3 times per week Bonus Items:
Real Estate and/or Property Management software Real Estate knowledge/experience (Residential and Commercial)
Salary Range
$80,000-$90,000/year
