Role Description s:
Number of years of BA experience (10+ has been the preferred amount of time due to the maturity of soft skills).
Number of years of financial institution experience:
The pod will be working on a credit card initiative, so credit card experience will be helpful.
There will be extensive mapping and working with APIs so the role is more technical
Concise answers to a variety of questions.
Soft skills (leadership and collaboration):
How do they handle unsuccessful outcomes.
Do they have an in-depth understanding of their systems’ ecosystems.
