Business Process Analyst:
On behalf of our Banking client, Procom is searching for a Business Process Analyst for a 6-month role. This position is a hybrid position with 4 days onsite at our client’s Toronto office.
Business Process Analyst – Job Description:
The Business Process Analyst will support the TPS line of business by analyzing and designing business processes to enhance operational efficiency. The role involves evaluating current processes, designing future state processes, and ensuring effective implementation and measurement to optimize workflows and improve business performance.
Business Process Analyst – Responsibilities:
• Analyze current (As-is) process models and compare them to future (To-be) designs to identify necessary changes.
• Design and manage changes to business processes to achieve improved operational states.
• Identify, document, and analyze business rules governing process implementation.
• Test and execute processes to ensure desired outcomes are achieved.
• Assess the impact of process changes on people, strategy, software applications, and business operations.
• Collect and analyze feedback on process performance to inform future improvements.
• Monitor and measure process effectiveness and detect inefficiencies within workflows.
Business Process Analyst – Mandatory Skills:
• 3-5 years of process consulting or engineering experience (beyond technical business analysis).
• Experience in leadership roles, including running workshops.
• Ability to analyze information from customers, vendors, and key stakeholders.
• Strong understanding of business process analysis methods to help clients achieve goals.
Business Process Analyst – Nice-to-Have Skills:
• Experience with VISIO or other process mapping tools.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
Business Process Analyst – Assignment Length:
This is a 6-month contract position with the possibility of extension.

Toronto, Ontario, Canada. This is a hybrid role requiring 4 days in the office per week.
