Company: Stealth AI Company
Location: Canada
About The Role
Who We Are
eMullion Corporation is a software company that simplifies the configuration, pricing, procurement, and management of commercial doors, frames, and architectural hardware. Our platform replaces manual processes with a streamlined digital experience for the Division 8 industry, improving speed, accuracy, and operational flow for our customers.
The Opportunity
We’re looking for a versatile, cross-functional contributor to serve as the operational backbone of our customer onboarding experience and internal business operations. You’ll own implementation coordination, act as the primary customer point of contact during onboarding, keep processes documented and improving, and provide broad operational support across the business. This is a true jack-of-all-trades role for someone who thrives on variety and takes pride in making things run smoothly.
What You’ll Do
Documentation & Policy Management
- Own and maintain internal and external documentation — SOPs, process guides, help articles, and customer-facing policies.
- Document and refine implementation and training processes in partnership with the GM as they evolve.
- Audit documentation regularly to ensure accuracy as the product and processes change.
Implementation & Onboarding Coordination
- Serve as the primary customer point of contact throughout the onboarding journey.
- Handle all implementation admin — scheduling, milestone tracking, follow-ups, and ensuring customers are set up for each stage.
- Support the GM in delivering seamless training sessions by owning the logistics and coordination.
- Build and maintain repeatable onboarding playbooks and checklists.
Operational Support
- Prepare meeting materials, reporting packs, and internal communications on behalf of the GM.
- Work cross-functionally with Finance, People, Engineering, Customer Success, Sales, and other teams.
- Take on ad hoc projects as needed — process audits, research, or other GM-directed initiatives.
Customer Support Backfill
- Cover the support queue during high-volume periods or absences, leveraging strong product knowledge to assist customers effectively.
What You Bring
- Background in SaaS operations, customer success, implementation coordination, or technical writing.
- Strong written communication skills and an ability to produce clear documentation for technical and non-technical audiences.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously.
- Confident, professional customer-facing communicator; familiarity with the construction industry is a bonus.
- Comfortable with tools such as Intercom, Zendesk, Notion, Confluence, or similar platforms.
What Sets You Apart
- Proactive mindset with a passion for process improvement and building things that scale.
- Experience in or with Division 8 distribution, construction technology, or CPQ tools.
- A track record supporting onboarding or implementation programs that drove strong product adoption.
- Self-starter who thrives in a remote-first, fast-moving environment where no two days look the same.
Why Join Us
- Work at the intersection of construction and technology — a space ripe for innovation.
- Genuine variety and cross-functional exposure across the entire business.
- Real opportunity to grow into a broader operational or leadership role as we scale.
- Remote-first with all tools and equipment provided from day one.
