Pay Rate Range: $58-71
Job Description
MUST-HAVE Hard Skills:
• 5+ years of hands-on experience in Business Intelligence or Analytics roles
• Strong experience working with Azure Databricks, including SQL and PySpark Tableau (working with large datasets; querying/transforming/validating data for reporting use cases)
• Advanced expertise in Power BI (dashboard development, data modeling, DAX, performance optimization)
• Demonstrated ability to be detail-oriented, with strong quality control practices
• Proven ownership and accountability for delivering outcomes in a collaborative environment
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively as a team player
SOFT SKILLS:
1.) Attention to detail
2.) Ownership and accountability
NICE-TO-HAVE
• Experience with dimensional modeling / semantic models for BI.
• Experience supporting enterprise dashboards and shared KPI definitions across multiple stakeholder groups.
• Wealth management reporting exposure.
