Role Description

This is a full-time role for Business Development, based in Toronto, Ontario. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying & developing new investor relationships and investment commitments among accredited investors with a focus on HNWI and family offices, and work closely with the investment team and

senior management

of the organization in a

collaborative

and

entrepreneurial

environment.

Qualifications Experience in the field of Business Development or Sales

Ability to

generate leads, manage accounts and build long-term relationships with clients

Attention to detail

and the ability to work with complex financial data Experience in investments, investment strategies, and investment management

Understanding of real estate principles

Experience working

with investors

Excellent

communication

and interpersonal skills

Experience with

CRM software

Self-motivated and

results-driven

Ability to

work independently

Access to transportation

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field
