Job Type: Full-time

Compensation

  • Base Salary: $40,000 – $45,000 On-Target Earnings (OTE): $90,000 – $100,000
  • Commission (Total $225 per demo)
  • $75 per qualified demo booked
  • $150 per deal closed
  • Automatic eligibility to participate in the Company’s stock option plan after six (6) months of continuous employment

What You’ll Do

  • Conduct high-volume outbound prospecting (100+ calls daily) to generate new sales opportunities
  • Engage clinic owners, doctors, and practice managers to introduce BoomerangFX solutions
  • Qualify leads and schedule product demos for the Account Executive team
  • Communicate our value proposition and benefits to potential clients
  • Maintain accurate lead and activity tracking in the CRM system
  • Consistently meet and exceed monthly demo booking targets

What We’re Looking For

  • 3-5 years of experience in BDR, SDR, or outbound sales roles
  • Experience with high-volume cold calling and prospecting
  • Strong communication, persuasion, and objection-handling skills
  • Competitive mindset with a strong drive to hit sales targets
  • Ability to manage time effectively and stay organized
  • Experience in SaaS, healthcare, or digital marketing sales is an asset
